Non-Removable Medical Bandages That Dissolve Into Glucose

A group of researchers at Pennsylvania State University managed to come up with a new method to transform starchinto fine strands that, when mixed, turn into bandages, tissues, napkins and a number of other medical products.
It would be interesting to note that starch can be found in corn, potatoes and other foods.
Besides, it is among the most widely spread and cheap natural materials in the world, and it is eco-friendly. Now starch can be used to create medical bandages that do not need any removal as they dissolve into glucose.
