L Bruce Jones is a submarine inventor who designs and sells private luxury submarines. Following in the footsteps of his rocket scientist father, and his grandfather who invented self-elevating jack-up rigs and created the world's first containerized shipping company; Bruce has invented the world's first undersea resort.
Accessible by two elevators from the surface, the resort is being built on the seabed surrounding a private Fiji island in the South Pacific.
The underwater facilities will include 24 luxury state rooms, a restaurant and bar, library, conference room, wedding chapel, underwater spa, and the ultra-luxury Nautilus Suite with stunning undersea views.

The FDA has issued approval for the Implantable System for Remodulin, which is really the Synchromed II drug infusion system from  Medtronic , consisting of an implantable pump, controller, and catheter. The system is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension by delivering Remodulin (Treprostinil) into the vein at the superior caval-atrial junction. The pump is implanted under the skin of the abdomen and programmed to deliver the drug at a desired rate. The pump’s drug chamber can be refilled via an injection through the skin whenever the reservoir runs low. Medtronic has engineered the pump to achieve a high level of guaranteed performance by reducing how much the pump’s shaft wears out and preventing motor stalls. A robot with an uncannily human-like appearance recently advanced one step closer to human status, when it was granted citizenship to Saudi Arabia at the tech summit Future Investment Initiative (FII).    Named "Sophia," the robot, created by Hanson Robotics (HR), has a pale-skinned face with features that are capable of being highly mobile and expressive and displaying a range of emotions.
